Step Three - Complete Process
Once you decide to use RAI for your purchase or sale and register on the website our professional staff will begin the referral process and you are on your way to making a donation to the charity of your choice.
RAI will refer your case to a local participating real estate agent, or to an agent you designate.
Once the referral has been completed you will meet with your agent to list your existing property or identify a home for purchase.
Complete the normal procedures for buying or selling a home.
