Step Four - Fund your Charity
RAI's Settlement Department ensures your charity receives its money within 7 business days of receiving funds from the Settlement Company.
At closing, a check will be issued to RAI for 30% of your real estate agent's commission.
Once RAI receives the funds we will donate a minimum of 65% of the amount received to your charity.
